Exhibition AgroExpo Uzbekistan covers basic components of an agricultural production, including demonstration of agricultural machinery and equipment for agrarian and industrial complex, agro chemistry, seeds, breeding animals, veterinary preparations, mixed fodders, services for agrarian and industrial complex, and also a great variety of agricultural products as grain, vegetables and fruits.

Uzbekistan is the most densely populated country in the Central Asia. This is a state with the territory of 447 thousand sq. km and population of 29 million people, 51,4 % of them are urban, 48,6 % are rural. The agriculture is a large branch and one of priority directions of a national economy.

Uzbekistan is one of the most favorable regions for manufacture of various agricultural crops including commercial crops. This branch provides the population with the necessary foodstuff, and various industries with raw materials.

A considerable part of working population works in the given area . 28,0 % of gross national product accounted for the agriculture. A considerable part of areas under crops, and under commercial crops practically all are irrigated earths which are served by powerful state irrigational system. Now the crops area on all categories of soil makes more than 4 million hectares. 87 % from crops total area are areas requiring irrigation.

One of the priority directions of reforming of agriculture is development of farms. There are 39.1 thousand farms with 665 710 hectares of ground areas registered in the republic for January, 2011. On the average one farm occupies 18,4 hectares. Rates of growth of production of plant growing is much higher than on the average in the republic. in 2011 this category of economy collected 628,9 thousand tons of grain– 350,7 thousand tons, 36,0 thousand tons of potato, 345,0 thousand tons of vegetables, 79,7 thousand tons of melon field, 22,0 thousand tons of fruits and berries, 89.2 thousand tons of milk, 10, 7 million eggs.

AgroExpo Uzbekistan is a meeting of manufacturers and suppliers of agro industrial sector with the basic consumers and potential partners. Key players of the agricultural market from all Central Asia and other countries take a part in the exhibition. The exhibition covers basic components of an agricultural production, including demonstration of agricultural machinery and equipment for agrarian and industrial complex, agro chemistry, seeds, breeding animals, veterinary preparations, mixed fodders, services for agrarian and industrial complex, and also a great variety of agricultural products as grain, vegetables and fruits.
